"All the Good Ideas are Taken": What does it take to become inspired?

It's unusual for this blog to take an introspective approach in the articles. Despite the occasional opinionated inclusions in some of the previous articles, this one, in some ways, highlights a genuine question that 'I' personally have: What does it take to become inspired to write, create, do, or make something?
